Amy & Ron's Wedding Bride- Amy Maguire Amy & Ron has a great day for a wedding! The weather was timed perfectly! We dodged two different rain storms--just before everyone arrived at the church, and it cleared up nicely for everyone to get inside dry. Then, just after our photo session at the Rose Garden in Schenectady, it poured again as we headed for Glen Sanders Mansion. Again, it cleared up in time for Amy and Ron to get a few portraits at sunset! Great timing! Ron adjusting his father (and Best Man) Ron's tie before leaving for the church.

Wedding Photography, Saratoga-Springs-NY-National Dance Museum-Crystal-FrankLast summer, we were waiting in Congress Park to meet an out of town couple for an engagement session. It was our first meeting with this couple, so we were waiting for someone to find us, the ones with the camera gear. Crystal was walking by with her dog, Shadow, and asked if I was a photographer. I said "Are you (future bride's name)?" Crystal said no, and we explained why we were there. She said, "Well I'm getting married next summer and I'm looking for a wedding photographer, do you have a business card?" We talked for a few minutes then, and later Crystal called me and agreed to meet with her fiancé Frank. The rest is on this page! Soooo Happy that we met that day. We actually met for two different engagement sessions because they had so much fun! Crystal & Frank's wedding was fun, relaxed and elegant. The wedding took place at the beautiful National Dance Museum in Saratoga Springs, NY. Such a beautiful warm day, the ceremony took place in the courtyard, and everyone went inside for the reception.
It was time for some formal portraits of the husband and wife to be. Some couples are very traditional and do not want to see each other until the ceremony and that's perfectly understandable. But, for those who do choose the First Look option and plan for some time before the ceremony, we have more time to create some very memorable photos. Crystal and Frank have no shortage of photos before the ceremony.
And Frank was surrounded by all these beautiful women, he really hated that.... Crystal, we're so glad you took Shadow for a walk that day in the park! So much fun working with you and Frank.
