We were just as pleased to get the opportunity to stop by St. Peter's Hospital a few weeks ago just hours after their daughter Devin was born to take a few newborn photos. After everyone got home and rested, Stacey & Aron wanted to have some fresh Family Portraits done. Here's Devin, with her brothers Christian & Cameron, and of course Mom & Dad. Introducing, Miss Devin! Just seven hours of age! Already wide-eyed and Daddy's little girl!

Michelle Corcoran of Platinum Hair & Nail Studio provided the hair & makeup artistry. Shannon and her attendants, Courtney & Lindsey did all their prep at her parents' beautiful home along the Hudson River in Mechanicville, the guys gathered just across town. After the ceremony at the Arts Center, we all headed to Michael's Banquet House, in Latham, NY for an exciting celebration. The newlyweds had so much fun, and were so happy--you can just see it in their smiles! Thanks for choosing Susan Knott Photography for your 'Day'!

As Shannon & Kenny's wedding theme was Hiking, this couple's job was to oversee the very popular "Trail Mix Bar". Each guest's wedding favor was a glass jar to be filled up with their Trail Mix favorites.
Engagement Photography, Albany, NY-Jenna & RyanWe're just a couple of weeks away now from Jenna & Ryan's wedding, and it's time to turn back the clock a bit to last fall when Susan Knott Photography got together with the romantic couple, visiting the Crossings in Colonie, NY as well as the Corning Preserve in Albany, NY. Wedding Engagement Photography-Shannon & KenIn preparation for Shannon & Ken's wedding day coming up in April, we put together a look at their Engagement shoot last fall. We visited Congress Park in Saratoga, and the Saratoga Battlefield to capture some romantic portraits! We're happy to include an engagement session with our wedding packages! We love it because it helps the couple get to know us, (and to know what it's like to have their photo taken a few times!), and just as important--for us to get to know them before the big day.
Family Portrait Photographers-ChloeIn August 2012, Susan Knott Photography had the pleasure of stopping by St. Peter's Hospital to make the first Newborn Portraits, and Family Portraits of the newly expanded family of Brandy, Dan, and now baby Chloe. Chloe's mom loves butterflies so besides getting some more grown up photos, we helped Brandy create the artwork for a new "Mom's tattoo"!

We worked together to add some bright colors to Chloe's feet!
