Jenna & Ryan's Wedding Photography-Century HouseJenna & Ryan's wedding hits the Susan Knott Photography blog! They were married on May 18th at The Century House in Latham, NY. There's one thing we learned very quickly--Jenna was going to have to cheer up! No seriously, Jenna was one happy bride-all day long and you'll see it in her photos! We worked with Brianne Burdick (doubling as maid of honor) who applied Jenna's makeup, along with Patti Cobb-Martin and Gerri Dedi of Allure Hair Design in Saugerties. The Wedding cake was by Zachary's Pastry Shoppe. They had such a great time, dancing to the tunes from Karaoke Craig DJ Service. Albany Photographers-Susan Knott Photography--Happy Father's Day!We are so fortunate to be a part of so many happy occasions at Susan Knott Photography whether it's a Family Portrait, Engagement Session, Wedding Photographs, Maternity session or a Newborn session-at the hospital or soon after everyone is home. Wedding Engagement Photos-Amanda-ShawnWe first met Amanda and her Mom Kim last winter in a blinding snowstorm. They were determined to continue with the wedding preparation! :) That night, Amanda wasn't exactly sure what she wanted to do with their engagement shoot at that time, but she knew it was going to involve their motorcycle! We didn't meet Shawn until photo shoot day, but we spent a fun afternoon with both Amanda and Shawn. (We include an Engagement session with most of our wedding packages, and because of them, we get to know the couple better--before the wedding, and they get to know us as well. The couple also becomes accustomed to having their photo taken several times during the day!) We chose Corning Park, behind City Hall in downtown Albany, NY for their location and we had a blast. Thanks Amanda & Shawn for a great afternoon, and we look forward to your wedding this fall at Birch Hill Catering.
