Danielle & Patrick's wedding photos at Glen Sanders Mansion, Scotia, NYDanielle & Pat chose a beautiful day in September, technically a fall wedding, but a very warm sunny day at Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia, NY. Lucien and the Glen Sanders team were awesome as usual and Scott Hemming of SEH Entertainment kept the guests rocking on the floor all night long! Danielle's wedding dress was from Apropos, Patrick and the groomsmen tuxes from Tuxego, her flowers from Fletchers Flowers, Hair & Makup by Krystal Rose Studio, and the officiant was Danielle's brother Jeremy. In fact Angela & Jeff were smiling, laughing and joking at our first meeting last winter! They are certainly comfortable and enjoy being with each other. Since they both love golf and their friends do too, their wedding theme was golf. So it wasn't a surprise when they told us that their wedding would be at Normanside Country Club! Normanside has a spacious bridal suite for getting ready, and Angela was enjoying her time with the ladies in her bridal party.

It's an amazing place for an outdoor wedding that's relaxed and fun! We didn't meet Courtney & Anthony in person to talk about their wedding photography until their rehearsal the night before, which is somewhat rare with us but they lived out of town and it was never convenient. No problem! After the first meeting, we knew they were gonna be a fun bunch to work with! And, it's always great to work with Sarah and the hardworking team at Stable Gate and Bill Teller from Conway Entertainment!

Stable Gate Barn has some cool opportunities for photos, including this huge pasture behind the barn with a few horses, which with our experience we thought if we bring a few carrots we might get them to join in the wedding photos. So, yep! We brought carrots as you'll see. This was a perfect spot for Anthony's first look at his bride. To save time and shuttle trips, they both rode over to the Barn in the same shuttle, but Anthony was blindfolded so he couldn't see her until it was time.
And, Courtney walks up behind Anthony...he turns, and Wow! Look at his beautiful bride!
And the beauty of having two photographers, Jon and I can capture the faces of both the bride and groom simultaneously.
And, see, here's evidence that we brought carrots, one of the horses couldn't wait to photobomb the wedding pictures.
You know what it's like trying to pose horses? Actually, not that hard...with carrots.

We snuck out for a few minutes before dinner and some photos near the wedding arch and among the grapevines, since Stable Gate is also a Winery!

Meet Kelly & Matt and see some of their summer wedding photos at Birch Hill Catering! Kelly's dress: New York Bride in Syracuse, Flowers by Party with Mia, Kelly's hair by Stiletto Salon and Entertainment and Photobooth by DJ Mike Napoli & Sound Formula Entertainment. First dance solo by Holly Roehl! Kelly & Matt live and work in the New York City area, and decided to marry at Birch Hill as it was the (sort of) center geographically for family and guests attending. We had the pleasure of doing their engagement session photos in Saratoga last fall.
Then, just like that, the wedding day was here!
Everyone got ready at the Comfort Inn, East Greenbush and we got all the ladies together in their beautiful robes.

And, all dressed up and ready to go!
Matt's all ready to head to Birch Hill where the first look was to take place. They all travelled in the same party bus, but Matt was blindfolded, so he couldn't see Kelly until it was time!
